I shopped at this Garden Center wanting to purchase some Incrediball Hydrangeas, knowing they wouldn't be cheap I wanted to try and actual garden center instead of one of the big shops. I found 6 beautiful hydrangeas went home an planted them, but first we dug out a lot of the clay (that TN is so famous for) and lots of rocks then added rich soil with nutrients. I noticed a few yellow/brown leaves when planting and when I went back to purchase one more hydrangea and I showed pictures of the leaves. They made suggestions on how to help the plants. The plants started dying one by one, I went back, they suggested some fertilizer, explained how to apply it and made suggestions on the watering and told me to cut them way back. I did everything but only 2 of the 7 came back. Off I went again to the garden center, I showed the pictures I took along the way of this, explained all my returning and how I was doing all of the suggested care for them. They called me the next day and said they would be delivering 5 new of the hydrangeas that died and they would plant them. Everyone from start to finish on this were great to deal with, I would recommend them and will use them again myself!

I came in to receive customer service on a Japanese Maple ($350) that died 4 weeks after purchasing and planting it. I asked them for help and if they would swap it with a $50 replacement bush. The guy at the counter was arrogant towards me and said, "I am not the one who killed it you are." I have bought probably $3000 worth of trees & bushes at this business and wouldn't come back. Poor customer service and obviously not business savvy given the details I shared above. I'll tell my friends and family the same.

I went to this garden center looking for bearded iris (which luckily, they had just gotten a shipment of!) and found a very neat place. First off, the place is large with trees and shrubs to the left that just goes on and on. Perennials, annuals and other plants along the back and right side. The staff here were constantly buzzing around and were VERY nice. They helped me get what I needed without any hesitation. Prices were excellent here!!!

I went to Spring Hill Garden Center this week. Been there in previous years, but they have so many new annuals and perenniels this year. They have a great vaeiety of native plants for butterfly and humming bird gardens which is what I am working on. Great annuals some of which I have never seen before! Friendly helpful staff and beautiful displays. Good peices on large perennials. Also good selection of trees n shrubs. Love this place!!! Not to be confused w Spring Hill Nurseries which is mail order only.
